Abstract

This paper presents a case study on how to design and implement a public
administration services platform, using the SOA paradigm and cloud model for
sharing among citizens belonging to particular districts and provinces, providing
tight integration with an existing ePUAP system. The basic requirements,
architecture and implementation of the platform are all discussed. Practical
evaluation of the solution is elaborated using real-case scenario of the Business
Process Management related activities.
