Abstract

In the oil and gas industry there are many serious hazards. Possible aftereffects of accidents happening on wells producing gas or crude oil could be fatal in consequences. Natural dangers such as high pressures, flammable and explosive fluids, H2S content are making every project demanding and special care should be taken when planning works in harsh conditions. There are many services that could be done to ensure long service life of the production wells and they could be done using slickline services. Slickline is usually good first choice to conduct operations on live wells and risks during this work should be analyzed. Safety measures during work are crucial for people and environment safety. Only after assessing them correctly work could be done securely and in timely manner.
