Decision Making in Manufacturing and Services adheres to the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) about the best practice on publication ethics:
and the International Mathematical Union (IMU) recommendations for Best Current Practices for Journals:
The authors are required to submit a statement confirming that the submitted manuscript, and/or the data presented in it, have not been sent for publication or published elsewhere and detailing the contribution of each co-author (to prevent ghost-writing). Also, the source of financing of the research presented in the paper or the source of financing of the paper itself need to be indicated.
If redundant publication, plagiarism, fabricated data, ghost, guest or gift authorship, an ethical problem with a submitted manuscript, conflict of interest in a published article as well as other malpractice are suspected we follow the COPE flowcharts.

We are using IThenticate to prevent (self)plagiarism.
